Stage 1 - Processing of components of the SW-type demonstrator in the form of monolayers and functional heterostructures (08.01.2025 - 31.12.2025)

1.1 - Manufacturing of transparent conductive (TC) layers on glass

1.2 - Individual growth of each component layer of the SW demonstrator

1.3 - Characterization of the obtained monolayers

1.4 - Evaluation of monolayer materials for an optimal integrated configuration in SW

1.5 - Deposition of oxide heterostructures (TaWOx/Ta2O5/MoS2/WOx) with different characteristics by PLD

1.6 - Characterization of heterostructures with different properties obtained by PLD

Stage 2 - ELCHROM demonstrators - evaluation, integration, testing and validation (01.01.2026 - 31.12. 2026)

2.1 - Evaluation of obtained heterostructures for optimal integration in SW demonstrators

2.2 - Manufacturing of demonstrators based on optimized heterostructures

2.3 - Assembly of heterostructures in the form of SW demonstrator

2.4 - Testing and evaluation of performance and efficiency of optimized SW demonstrators

2.5 - Validation of the ELCHROM demonstrator at TRL4 level

2.6 - Dissemination of results and their patenting
